Registerd users (users of the All-Yours Greeting Card Interface Program) are required to agree to and follow the T&C described hereafter. Any registered user deliberately violating these T&C will be excluded from the use of All-Yours Greeting Cards.

You must agree to each of the following:

The following types of sites are not allowed to register at All-Yours Greeting Cards:

• sites containing adult material,
• sites with links to adult sites,
• sites encouraging or suggesting illegal activity, racism or hate
• sites that violate copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property laws
• sites that use or suggest the use of unsolicited email ("spam")
• sites that publish content which is obscene, sexually explicit, abusive, or threatening
• other sites we deem to be inappropriate.

Sites that do not comply will be immediately removed after registration.

Our programs automatically remove inactive registered Web sites. This is to make sure that test and fake registrations do not use system resources. An inactive registered site is a site that does not serve any greeting cards within two weeks. All-Yours Internet Solutions wants to maintain a pool of quality Web sites as registered users. Quality sites have a sufficient number of visitors to make sure that at least one greeting card is being written in two weeks.

Registered users will not heavily advertise ("spam") their service in newsgoups or mailing lists. They will not send a vast number of personal emails or greeting cards to attract visitors to their new card site.

Since All-Yours Greeting Cards is a free service, our WWW pages may load advertising materials from sponsors.We will not accept any advertisement from entities whose products or advertisements we determine to be offensive or inappropriate. For instance, we do not allow sponsors with adult content, or sites which contain links to adult content.

We own and therefore reserve all rights to the All-Yours.net name, logo, software, usage reports, web site, and information. Image files for all cards designed by All-Yours Greeting Cards belong to the All-Yours.net web site and are being served from All-Yours Interent Solution's web servers only. We do not grant you any licenses to download, install, directly link (<IMG>) or distribute our designs in a way other than linking to your personalized HTML web pages on the All-Yours.net web servers.

Registered users acknowledge that All-Yours Greeting Cards is a free service supported by sponsors. They make sure that no other advertisements are being displayed next to our greeting card interface. We regularly visit sites of registered users. When registerd users charge for greeting card usage or display ads along with our greeting card pages, their registration will be immediately canceled and their cards disabled.

All-Yours Internet Solutions is not responsible for the content of any registered user's Web Site. Opinions expressed in the registered user's Web Sites do not necessarily reflect those of All-Yours Internet Solutions.

ALL-YOURS INTERNET SOLUTIONS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. REGISTERED USERS OF THE ALL-YOURS GREETING CARD WEB INTERFACE AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS ALL-YOURS INTERNET SOLUTIONS FOR ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, CLAIM, DAMAGE, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES) ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTENTS OF THE REGISTERED USER'S WEB SITE AND THEIR CUSTOMIZED GREETING CARD SERVICE.

REGISTERED USERS AGREE TO UTILIZE THE ALL-YOURS GREETING CARD WEB INTERFACE AT THEIR OWN RISK. ALTHOUGH WE ALWAYS TRY TO PROVIDE A HIGH STANDARD OF QUALITY, WE CANNOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING PERMANENT AVAILABILITY, FAULTLESS FUNCTIONING, OR TIMELINESS OF OUR SERVICES.
